Detox Pads

What are detox pads? Detox pads are made from natural tree and bamboo extracts. They are based on centuries of Japanese herbal knowledge, passed down through the generations. These detox pads can be a great part of your detox recipe.

Detox pads directly affect the reflex points on the feet. Placing the detox pad on the reflex points promotes equilibrium and healing in the body. Applying a detox foot pad is like receiving a reflexology treatment around the clock. Reflexology is an ancient art, using compression and touch on the feet. Reflex points in the feet affect other parts of body, and stimulating these reflex points promotes the corresponding area of the body. This is said to help with fatigue, pain, rashes and many other  issues.

The bottom of the foot is the location where most of the nerves in our body end. Using the pad on this semi-permeable skin, it helps to dilate blood vessels, increases blood flow and moves waste fluids out of the body. Therefore, these detox pads are best used on the sole of the foot to clean out waste and toxic materials that are expelled with the perspiration. The heat from the detox pad helps absorb perspiration from the bottom of the foot. This mechanism can help to clean out waste and toxic materials that are expelled in the form of sweat.

How To Get The Most Out Of Your Detox Pads

1. Take one piece of the adhesive backing sheets and one detox pad.

2. Gently peel off the bottom portion of the medical grade backing paper, leaving the top piece attached.

3. Now take the detox pad and carefully remove it from its protective packaging. Hold it with the writing side facing towards the adhesive sheet.

4. Carefully place the detox pad at the center of the adhesive sheet.

5. Remove the remaining portion of backing paper and press the pad firmly to attach.

6. Apply the detox pad to the sole of the foot according to the reflex points and press gently to ensure the pad is secure.

7. Now repeat the process for the other foot. Once application is complete on both feet, go to bed as normal.

8. After 6 – 8 hours sleep you will notice that you slept better and awoke feeling cleansed and refreshed.

9. Gently remove the used pad. Avoid touching the dark part as this now contains toxins that have been drawn from the body during sleep.

10. Thoroughly cleanse the feet, then discard the used pad. Please note that they may not be reused.
